Mary looks up from the table and asks, “what are you doing? Are you talking to yourself?!”
I respond, “Um, kinda. This may sound a little weird but I’m naming our outcome.”✨🔥✔️
“What’s that mean?”
“Well, before we start with your session I like to consciously proclaim what kind of result we’d like to see.”📉🤞🎌
“Since I’m an active participant in this process could you please share with me what kind of outcome we’re looking for?”
“Sure. You may not understand a lot of what I’m about to say, but I assure you that your cells understand.🧫🏺🧘♀️
So here goes; ‘we’re helping Mary move from a sympathetic neural response to a parasympathetic neural response. As this change occurs, she develops a full respiratory wave.
'As the somatopsychic wave engages, the body will connect with areas of tension and resistance in Mary’s body, and help transform that energy into fuel to be used to create positive change in Mary’s system.🌊🥺🚼
'Neural phases, gateways, phasic resonance, and seasons are clearly evident. Mary’s body and being display greater coherence and this allows Mary to feel more centered within herself, feel more peace and joy, and more able to share her gifts with the world. It is already done. And so it is.’”
“You’re right. I don’t understand much of that but it sounds awesome! Game on!” Mary states.🕹️🎲📺
Mary’s body has already started shifting and I haven’t even done anything yet.
I’ve been doing this work for close to 20 years now. Over the last 3 years I’ve re-engaged with continuing education for Network Spinal, averaging 2-3 seminars per year.🧠✨
The instructors have been advising us practitioners to ‘name our outcome’ at every seminar I’ve attended over the last 3 years.
I haven’t listened. I really don’t know why. I guess it seemed like a waste of time. I mean, how much of a difference can it really make? I mean, I know what I’m doing. Just do it, right?👞🗑️⏰
Well I tried it; this ‘naming your outcome’ thing. I mean, they’re the experts, right? I paid all this money to go learn stuff so I might as well “try” the thing they’re telling us to do.
Thing is, the ‘naming my outcome’ concept really worked! I mean, Mary’s body just started to change…..on it’s own….before I actually ‘did my thing.’🔨⚙️
Awesome! So this is, like, efficient.
So I started to wonder, what if I started to apply the ‘name your outcome’ idea to other things in life? Before meditation? Before exercise? Before I get home and start interacting with my husband? What would be the optimal outcome of such activities?🧘😅👨
Confession; I haven’t started doing it yet. So far, just when I’m in the office working with ya’ll. I’ll keep you posted.:)
I hope ya’ll have an awesome Thanksgiving!!!🙏🦃✨
P.S. I do have office hours available this Saturday if you’d like to schedule, CLICK HERE.
